    *Most lenders we broker loans to have fees that total the same or about the same (within $100.00).  The only difference is that they may change the name of the fee, or add or delete some.  The total is usually the same in most cases when the dust settles.  If we have a choice of lenders with the exact same rate and points, then obviously we will choose the one with the lower fees.
